2. Data Minimization & Retention Schedule

  • We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the Service.
  • Retention Periods:

    • Account and profile information: retained until account deletion plus 2 years.
    • Transaction and blockchain records: retained for 7 years.
    • Analytics and logs: retained for 12 months.
  • After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

3. Security Standards

  • We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption at rest and in transit, regular penetration testing, and compliance with ISO 27001 controls where feasible.

4. Children's Data and COPPA Compliance

  • Our Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under this age.
  • In particular, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 in the United States, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
