These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, decentralized application (dApp), smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting your wallet, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

• "Camel Drift", "we", "us" or "our" refers to Camel Drift Ltd., the operator of the Service.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any person who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Content" includes text, images, audio, video, data, and other materials you submit to or access through the Service.
• "NFT" means a non-fungible token representing ownership or proof of authenticity of a unique digital item on a blockchain.
• "Token" means any fungible digital asset issued by Camel Drift or third parties in connection with the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Wallet Responsibilities

1. Account Creation. You may be required to register for an account or connect a compatible wallet to access certain features.
2. Private Keys. You are solely responsible for maintaining control of your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. Camel Drift will never ask for your private keys. Loss of access to your wallet may result in loss of assets.
3. Accuracy. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information, and to keep such information up to date.
4. Security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and wallet. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Camel Drift grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Purchases, NFTs, Tokens, and Refunds

• Any purchases made through our dApp, including but not limited to NFTs, tokens, in-game items, or other digital assets, are final and non-refundable.
• You acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that Camel Drift does not offer refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for any digital purchases made on the dApp.
• You are responsible for any blockchain network fees (e.g., gas fees) associated with transactions.

6. Risk Acknowledgment and Token Value

• We do not guarantee any specific value or liquidity for any token or NFT.
• You acknowledge that token prices and secondary market demand may fluctuate significantly.
• Camel Drift is not responsible for secondary market transactions or losses due to market volatility.

7. Game Mechanics, Fairness, and Randomness

• Blockchain-based game logic and randomness are governed by the relevant smart contracts.
• While we strive for fairness, smart contract code may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. You use the Service at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to update or upgrade smart contracts, game rules, mechanics, or odds, and will notify users in advance when possible.
• Smart Contract Audit. You acknowledge that smart contract code is published in open-source or distributed form; you should conduct or review independent audits of the code and confirm its security and functionality before interacting with the Service.

8. Prohibited Jurisdictions and Users

• Access to or use of the Service is not permitted from any jurisdiction or territory where it would violate applicable local laws or regulations, including but not limited to countries subject to comprehensive international sanctions or trade embargoes ("Prohibited Jurisdictions").
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction or a "rogue state" as defined by the UK government.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activities.
• Exploit or attempt to exploit any bug, glitch, or vulnerability.
• Engage in cheating, collusion, or unfair manipulation of game outcomes.
• Post harmful, hateful, or harassing content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

10. Community Code of Conduct

We foster a safe and positive community. You agree to:

• Respect other users; no hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
• Refrain from spamming chat, forums, or social features.
• Follow all posted community guidelines.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

11. Bug Bounty & Vulnerability Disclosure

We value security research. If you discover vulnerabilities in our dApp, smart contracts, or platform:

• Report them responsibly to security@cameldrift.com.
• Do not publicly disclose until we have had reasonable time to address the issue.
• Eligible reports may qualify for a bug bounty, at our discretion.

12. API & Developer Access

• We may offer APIs or SDKs for integration with third-party tools.
• Usage requires registration for an API key and adherence to usage limits.
• Prohibited use includes scraping, unauthorized data harvesting, or reverse engineering.
• We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations.

13. Service Level & Availability

• We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uptime due to network congestion, upgrades, or force majeure events.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

14. Assignment

• Camel Drift may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

15. Beta Features

• We may provide experimental or beta features.
• Such features are provided "as is" and may be unstable or changed without notice.

16. Language & Translations

• These Terms are written in English.
• Any translations are provided for convenience and have no legal effect.
• In case of conflict, the English version prevails.

17. Survival

• Sections on Definitions, Purchases & Refunds, Risk Acknowledgment, Disclaimers, Indemnification, Intellectual Property, and Governing Law survive termination of these Terms.

18. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights. The Service and all associated intellectual property rights (including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying smart contract code) are owned by Camel Drift or our licensors.
• Your Content. You retain all rights in any Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant Camel Drift a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

19. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Camel Drift expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions.

No Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Camel Drift, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall have no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service, even if Camel Drift has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Assumption of Risk. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Service and any reliance on any information or content obtained through the Service.

Legal Advice. Nothing in these Terms or in the Service is intended to constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You should seek independent professional advice before engaging in any transactions or relying on information provided through the Service.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Camel Drift, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, losses, damages, or costs arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

22. Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining and reporting any tax obligations related to your use of the Service or transactions in tokens, NFTs, or other digital assets.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our site. The revised Terms will take effect on the date we post them. Your continued use after that date will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

25. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

• Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
• You and Camel Drift each waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

26. Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

27. Force Majeure

• Camel Drift will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, or technical outages.

28. Entire Agreement

• These Terms, together with any policies or additional terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Camel Drift regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

29. Third-Party Services and Integrations

• The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services, wallets, or platforms not owned or controlled by Camel Drift.
• We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
• Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those service providers.

30. Modifications to the Service

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
• We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
